Vintage Butterflies

Here's another of my attempts at a vintage card. I used Butterfly Prints stamp set and the Butterfly Punch and the Elegant Lines embossing folder. I used Short & Sweet for the sentiment with the Word Windows and Modern Label punches.
I also used some pearls for embellishment. I sanded the edges of the card stock, and used the distressing tool to rough up the edges of all the card stock.
I also decorated the inside, which I hardly do.
Here's a close-up so you can see the distressed edges.
Hope you have a great week!

Wedding Card

Here's the card I made for my friend's wedding. I used the inlaid technique I've been seeing online recently. I used Real Red on Basic Black.
The sentiment is from the Occasional Quotes hostess set.
This is the inside of the card.
Tomorrow's the big day!

Favor Tags

I made these tags for my friend's wedding favors. I used the curly label punch and used the SU magnetic movers and shapers die for the silver part.
The shiny silver matches their invites and thank you cards.
Here's the finished favors. She got honey pots and we just added the tags.
These are the honey candy that we put inside. Aren't these cute? We got them online from Oh! Nuts.
Their rehearsal is on Friday, then the big day is on Saturday!

Thank You cards

I've been working on some projects for my friend's wedding. I finally finished making all her thank you cards to match the invites. I used the same Real Red card stock and the shiny silver paper.

Their wedding is this coming weekend already!

Birthday Gift Card Holder

I made this gift card holder for my brother in law, his birthday was this past weekend. I used the Punch Bunch stamp set from Sale-A-Bration and the candles stamp from the Create a Cupcake stamp set.
I used the square scallop to hold the gift card holder closed.

Valentine's Favors

I made these favors for the stamp camp I had a couple weeks ago. I used the new petal cone die. I filled each with some chocolates and life savers.
Here are the close-ups. I used the Love Impressions DSP and the XOXO stamp set from the mini. I also used the Love You Much stamp set.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Chinese New Years (late)

Chinese New Year was last week and I forgot to post these money holders that I made - these are the "red envelopes" that I made.
I made a boy one for my nephew. I used a versamark to stamp the bamboo in the background.
On the other side, I stamped the "happiness" character to hold the flap closed.

Elegant Lines Birthday

I made this card for my cousin's birthday. I'm kind of getting into this vintage look. I used the Elegant Lines embossing template and sponged Crumb Cake ink over it for more definition.
I like the crochet trim and pearl accents together with the antique brad.
This was the last card I made for the birthdays in January, now on to February birthdays!

Another CC card

Here's another card using the Build a Cupcake punch. I like how this turned out, perfect for a 13-year old's birthday!

Of course I had to use the glimmer paper for the cherries!
I added an envelope inside the card for some birthday money. Before I cut out the envelope, I used the new Heart Pressed letterpress plate to add some textures and design on the inside of the envelope.

Here's a close-up of the letterpress.

Hope you have a great weekend!

Cupcakes, cupcakes, cupcakes!

I made another cupcake gift card holder (from Fabulously Artsy). And i made a matching card to go along with it. This is the first time I used ribbon on the cupcake and I think it came out pretty good.
Here's a close-up of the cupcakes and the candles that I stamped directly on the card stock.
