Heartfelt…
I tried to keep the card pretty simple since the pattern on the stamp is filled with frills.

Sunflower Thank You
I’ve seen this layout where you break up the image into multiple panels so I decided to try it out with the Sunflower stamp. I like how it tuned out and will use this layout more. It is super easy, but gives so much more interest to the card.
It is starting to show signs of fall here in the pacific northwest, so I’m clinging on to summer through my cards.

Pink Pleasant Poppies
I went to a stamp class last weekend and we used this stamp set. We made almost this exact card – pink and black color scheme with the Pleasant Poppies stamp set. To be honest, I only changed the sentiment from a square to ovals and the shade of pink.
I usually shy away from using black because it feels so harsh against most colors, but I really like the contrast on this card.

Birthday Cupcakes
This DSP inspired me to rediscovered my create a cupcake stamp set and matching punch. I even spritzed the cupcake tops with some Shimmer Smooch for some added sparkle.
I am so glad it is Friday, it has been a long week for me and I am really looking forward to the weekend!
Apothecary Art - With Sympathy
Here is a sympathy card I made using the Apothecary Art stamp set and Loving Thoughts sentiment set. I used the Labels Collection framelit dies and the Festive Paper-Piercing pack to add some detail. I also pierced the bottom using the Essentials Paper-Piercing pack and used the Adorning Accents embossing folder.
Thanks for visiting.

Miyoko Cupcake Card
I made another card using Miyoko from Sister Stamps. I used some patterned paper with cupcakes on it to go with Miyoko’s cupcake. I went with more pink colors since I made this for a little girl.
Since the front was kind of busy as is, I just added the sentiment to the inside of the card, but of course I forgot to take a picture.

Mariko Birthday
This is Mariko from Sister Stamps. I don’t think I’ve posted anything with her yet. She is from their latest release.
I made this card for my friend’s youngest daughter, she turned 4 this month. I still think of her as a baby – I can’t believe how fast they grow up!
Thanks for stopping by. Hope you have a great weekend!

ROAR! 2nd Birthday
My friend’s son turned two so I had to use the Dino-roar set. This set reminds me of him because he has some dinosaur toys that actually roar and walk and their wings move.
Here is the inside of the card.
I’ve started decorating the inside of some of my cards, and the envelopes too. It really does add a special touch to the card, I’ll have to try to do this more often.

Wedding Card
We went to my co-worker’s wedding reception last week and here is the card that I made. I took my inspiration from their invitation. I used the same colors – silver, dark blue and white, and they had a similar branch with flowers on their invitation too.
I like how this card turned out. I hope the bride did too – she’s also a crafty girl =) She had a lot of handmade touches to their decorations and a lot of personalization. I thought the reception really represented the bride and groom.

Kindness Matters CASE
I feel like I’ve been posting a lot of CASE’d cards lately, guess I’ve been needing some help with getting the creative juices flowing! This card was cased from this card. I used the Comfort Café DSP and added a layer of Argyle embossed Soft Suede CS.
Have a great weekend!

Pleasant Poppies catalog case
I CASE’d this card from the SU catalog. I love poppies and think I’ll be using this stamp a lot. I like that the image looks good even if you don’t color it in, which I don’t always feel like doing.

Scentsational Season treats
I dug out my candy wrapper die so I could make these cute boxes. I decorated them using the new Scentsational Seaton treats and matching Holliday Collection die. I also used one of the ornaments from the Ornament Keepsakes set and matching Holiday Ornament die.
I think I’ll be making good use out of both of these sets!

Quint-Essential Flower thank you
Here is another card where I took my inspiration from the DSP for the colors of my card. I used the Floral District DSP and the Quint-Essential Flower stamp. I added a Vintage Faceted designer button to the center of the flower and added a pop of Gumball Green CS to give some contrast to the card. The sentiment is from the Curly Cute set.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

Reason to Smile CASE
I CASE’d this card from Stamping with Sandi. I used the same stamp set and layout but changed up the colors and the embellishments. I love how simple this was, but still looks so great.
Thanks for the great idea Sandi!
