This is Yoko. I used some origami paper as the background and for my color inspiration for coloring up Yoko’s kimono.

Happy Year of the Dragon!

As you can tell, I really like this Lion Dancers stamp from Sister Stamps!  I used the Fancy Favor die and fussy cut out the stamp.  I also cut out just a strip of the gold paper to add an accent to the top of the favor bag.

 

On the back I used some die cuts from Island Scrapbooking that my cousin gave to me, and a new sakura die that I bought from Photo Craft on my last trip home to Hawaii.

I really like how this turned out.  Have a great new year!

Sister Stamps Easter Release

Get ready for the next release of Sister Stamps on March 1st.  They are so cute for Easter!  I love the bunnies, they are my favorite animal, so of course I have to have all of these!

Lion Dancers Sister Stamps

I love the Lion Dancer stamp from Sister Stamps.  The dancers are so cute.  I used the new edgelit die for accent.  I think it gives it kind of an Asian feel.

I can’t believe that I’m actually making these cards BEFORE Chinese New Year and will get them out in time!  I’ve been a little behind on my crafting recently.  Thanks for stopping by!

Here is another card I made for Chinese New Year, this time using the Lion Dance stamp from Sister Stamps.

Aren’t they so cute!  I also added some glimmer brads as accents.

Firecracker Sister Stamps

With Chinese New Year coming up, I made this card using the Firecracker stamp from Sister Stamps.  I found the origami background paper in my stash and thought that it kind of looked like little bursts of fireworks.

Of course I had to add some glitter for some sparkles!

Sister Stamps Miyono Thank You cards

I made some thank you cards using Sister Stamps Miyono.  I thought that the Everyday Enchantment DSP (which will be available during Sale-A-Bration, which starts on January 24th) matched her since it kind of looks like fans.

The paper already comes with a little bit of a distressed look, so I sponged some Crumb Cake around the edges of my image to match.
