Another Birthday Tag
Another tag I made for my girlfriend's birthday. I used the Build a Blossom stamp set and Blossom Petals punch.
I also used some Moonlight Smooch on the edge of the tag and on the center piece of the flower and Illuminate Top Coat to add some shimmer to the solid petals.
