This is one of the newer Sister Stamps, Yoshimi. I love her fans and thought that the background paper helped to echo the fan shape nicely.
I found the scallop circle already cut in my stash of papers and was super happy that Yoshimi fit perfectly inside! I love it when things fall together so nicely.

Beautiful!! I love the papers you used and Yoshimi looks soooo kawaii! I love when I find die cuts that I cut before that fit what I'm doing! It's like finding that $5 bill when washing laundry! lol
