I made this card for my girlfriend's daughter's birthday. I love the versatility of this HK die - she can hold a flower, or an ice cream cone... pretty much anything! Here's a close-up of her and the flower.
Here's another stamp that I've had for a while but never used. My friend's son's birthday is tomorrow, so I decided to try out Space Ian. Since he's in a space suit he should be shiny, so I tried to make him shiny as possible without getting too girl-y glittery. Here's a close-up of my so-so coloring.
"Boy" cards are just so hard for me! I think this one came out okay though. Have a fun weekend!
I cased this idea for the bag from the upcoming Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini. They have a similar bag where they used the scallop edge punch to decorate the opening. I also used the new Decorative Label punch from the mini as well. The stamp is from the Tags till Christmas (mini) stamp set, but I just wiped off the inside so I would just have the frame.
I made a couple of gift enclosures using the scallop envelope die. This first one is using the Birthday Bakery Level 1 Hostess stamp set. This one I used the Every Little Bit stamp set and Teeny Tiny Wishes for the sentiment.
I'm still making Thank You cards and decided to use these two new Stampin' Up! stamp sets that I recently got - Every Little Bit and Fabulous Phrases. I really like the orange, pink and brown color scheme.
I made another one of the super cute (and easy) cupcake gift card holders. You can find the instruction video on Fabulously Artsy. I'm getting better at making these, I don't have as many glue gun burns as the first time (LOL)!
p.s. Just noticed that it's Friday the 13th! Good luck for all you superstitious people!
I really like this new Many Thanks stamp from Stampin' Up! I think I'll be using it a lot. I'm still trying to finish my "cards as gifts", and have started on the Thank You cards to include. Have a great week!
Does this paper look familiar? Yup! Still using my Sending Love DSP! =) Here's a simple birthday gift card holder I made. I embossed the Chocolate Chip card stock using the Damask texture plate. Here's the inside of the card.

I was going through my paper and pulled out my Stampin' Up! Sending Love DSP. I had bought a bunch of this paper because I really liked it, but never used it because I wanted to SAVE it (I'm sure some of you know what I'm talking about). So anyway, I have decided it is finally time to use this paper! Because the paper is pinks and brown, of course I thought of Hello Kitty! I added some pearl bling to the sentiment.
Here's the inside of the card... not sure if you can see it, but I added punched hearts in the same color paper to add some texture.

I've had this Hello Kitty Bird die forever (at least a year) and have never used it. I decided I need to use the supplies that I have or get rid of them. So I used it =) I also used the Hello Kitty flowers die too. I think it came out pretty cute. This card is for my friend's daughter's birthday tomorrow, I can't believe she'll be 2 already! Time sure flies!!
