I also used the new Decorative Label punch from the mini as well. The stamp is from the Tags till Christmas (mini) stamp set, but I just wiped off the inside so I would just have the frame.

Gift Bag
I cased this idea for the bag from the upcoming Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini. They have a similar bag where they used the scallop edge punch to decorate the opening. 
I also used the new Decorative Label punch from the mini as well. The stamp is from the Tags till Christmas (mini) stamp set, but I just wiped off the inside so I would just have the frame.
