Mei Lin and Mei Li Birthday Wishes

I used the same birthday sentiment on these two cards that I made using Sister Stamps. This one is Mei Li. I used some shimmer paint on the background, my new favorite toy.

    Thanks Cheryl. It is actually the Stampin' Up! Decorative Label punch. I punched it twice out of the color paper and cut one lengthwise and one widthwise to be able to mount the white paper on top.
